What we collect

When you contact Monafriq, request a valuation, apply for financing or book a viewing, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and details about your vehicle or the vehicle you are interested in.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange viewings, valuations and test drives.
• To process trade-in offers, sales, imports and financing applications.
• To share financing applications with partner lenders — only with your consent, and only the information the lender requires.
• To meet our legal obligations, including NTSA and KRA requirements.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Vehicle and identity documents are used solely to complete the transaction you have asked us to handle.

Data retention

Transaction records are kept as required by Kenyan law. Enquiry details that do not lead to a transaction are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights
